A new kind of pizza night has arrived at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar. Every Thursday, join us at the pizza bar for Omakase Pizza, an intimate, chef-curated tasting experience featuring specialty pizzas, unexpected flavors, and a front-row seat to the action.

With only six seats available per seating, Omakase Pizza brings you closer to the kitchen for an interactive experience designed around the creativity of our chef and the craft behind every slice.

A Chef-Curated Pizza Experience

“Omakase” is all about putting the experience in the chef’s hands. At Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar, we’re bringing that idea to our pizza bar with a specialty menu created exclusively for Omakase Pizza.

Throughout the experience, our chef will prepare and serve a progression of specialty pizzas while interacting with guests at the bar. You’ll get an up-close look at each creation, hear more about the flavors and inspiration behind the menu, and experience pizza in an entirely new way.

Each seating features six courses: five specialty pizza slices followed by one dessert slice, all for $36 per person.

No two months are exactly alike. The Omakase Pizza menu will change every month, giving our chefs the opportunity to introduce new ingredients, flavor combinations, and specialty creations throughout the year. Each month’s menu will be released ahead of time so you can get a first look at what’s coming to the pizza bar.

Part of what makes Omakase Pizza at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar special is how intimate the experience is.

There are just six seats available for each seating, all located directly at the Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar pizza bar. Instead of a traditional dinner, you’ll be seated right where the action happens, creating an immersive experience that lets you interact with the chef as each course is prepared and served.

Omakase Pizza at Hearthstone Kitchen & Cellar takes place every Thursday with two seatings:

5:30 PM | 7:30 PM

Because each seating is limited to only six guests, reservations are highly recommended.

Five Specialty Slices + One Sweet Finish

The menu is intentionally designed as a progression, with each pizza bringing something different to the experience.

Guests will enjoy five chef-curated specialty pizza slices, featuring combinations created specifically for that month’s Omakase menu. The tasting concludes with a dessert pizza slice for a sweet final course.

The full six-course experience is $36 per person.

For guests who want to take the tasting one step further, an optional $25 wine pairing is available. Wines are selected to complement the progression of the menu and create a complete tasting experience from the first specialty slice through dessert.
